The traditional stuffed pepper entrée serves as the inspiration for the robust and savory soup known as stuffed pepper soup. The soup is often cooked with rice, a delicious tomato broth, diced bell peppers, onions, and garlic.
At the restaurant where I work, I was discussing stuffed peppers with the other cooks. We decided to make a soup with similar ingredients. The response from customers was overwhelmingly positive!

Tips For Stuffed Pepper Soup
Use lean ground beef: Using lean ground beef with less fat will prevent the soup from becoming overly oily.
selecting fresh ingredients When feasible, only use fresh ingredients, especially the bell peppers. The soup will taste better if the ingredients are more recent.
Avoid overcooking the rice: Overcooking the rice might cause it to become mushy and thicken the soup. Observe the cooking time recommendation on the rice bag.
As the soup cooks, taste it to check the seasoning and make any necessary adjustments. If more herbs, salt, or pepper is required, add it.
Prepare a large amount in advance to enjoy throughout the week since stuffed pepper soup is even delicious the next day.
Create your own toppings by experimenting with various toppings to add flavor and texture. A few excellent possibilities include croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and chopped fresh parsley.
Serving suggestions: For a filling and full supper, pair the stuffed pepper soup with a side salad or some crusty bread.
