This sausage and potato meal is ready in no time and can be made using items found in most kitchens. It’s made in a single dish and can be adjusted to taste.

Smoked sausage with potatoes cooked in the oven is probably one of my greatest recipes. Sheet pan dinners are one of my faves, and this smoked sausage and potato is particularly wonderful. The preparation is straightforward, and the end result is quite tasty. Best of all, there’ s not much cleaning left to be done afterwards since everything prepares without much mess.

This wonderful sheet pan sausage and potatoes dish features everything you’ll need for a terrific meal. Those sausages have a nice golden brown crust and a smokey flavor. Caramelized onions, chunks of golden potato that are crisp on the outside and tender in the middle. Complete in every way To spice things up, you may always throw in some cheese, chopped peppers, or other vegetables. This dish is the pinnacle of culinary achievement.

When you don’t feel like preparing a nice supper, this is a perfect option to throw in the oven. Ideal for those days when you have to deal with multiple pressing matters simultaneously. In all my years of selling it, I have never had anyone turn down this one. Even if they are vegetarians, they will find it extremely appetizing. Absolutely fantastic!

Ingredients:

A pound of sliced smoked turkey sausage

a single big onion, peeled and sliced

Three russet potatoes, medium size

Extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon

One-half of a teaspoon of high-quality sea salt

black pepper, freshly ground, 1/2 teaspoon

A single teaspoon of sweet paprika

Instructions:

Step 1:

Set aside a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2:

Sausage should be sliced into rounds, while onions and potatoes should be chopped into uniform pieces. Add a splash of olive oil and some salt, pepper, and paprika, then mix everything together with your hands so that everything is properly distributed.

Step 3:

Spread the meat and potatoes out in a baking sheet and add the sauce. Put it in the preheated oven and roast for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring every 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Step 4:

Put it in a serving dish and serve it right away.
