  9. Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
  10. Starting at one of the longer edges, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
  11. Using a sharp knife or dental floss, cut the log into 12 even slices.
  12. Place the slices in the prepared baking dish, cut side up. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  13. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  14. While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
  15. When the rolls are done, let them cool in the pan for a few minutes, then spread the icing over the top. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • If you don’t have fresh strawberries, you can use thawed frozen strawberries instead. Just be sure to drain off any excess liquid before using.
  • To get perfectly even slices, use dental floss to cut the dough. Simply slide the floss under the log, cross the ends over the top, and pull tight
