INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
Milk, Half a Cup
1-and-a-half cups of cream
12 teaspoon of garlic powder
a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper
The equivalent of three slices of bread
1 teaspoon oil 1 teaspoon butter
Tsp. of toasted sesame seeds
Pizza with 4 slices Cheddar made in the American manner
1 pound of hamburger meat, or 2 cups
1 teaspoon salt + 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
To create French toast batter, combine eggs, milk, cream, garlic powder, and seasonings in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Soak the bread cubes in the liquid.
Fry the three slices of bread in butter; sprinkle sesame seeds on one slice and cheese on the other two.
Combine the ground meat with the seasonings and shape into large square patties for the burgers.
The best way to make Big Mac French toast is to double the amount of oil used for frying and cook both at once.
Place the first burger on top of the first piece of French toast and top with the sauce, onion, lettuce, and the first toast. Put some pickles on top, then some sauce, some onion, some lettuce, and the other half of the French toast. Finish the French toast by adding the top layer.
Tips
Thicker slices of bread are better for supporting the heavy Big Mac contents. You can’t go wrong with sourdough or brioche.
Reduce the thickness of the bread by flattening it out with a rolling pin before dipping it in the egg wash. As a bonus, it will cook more uniformly and be easier to handle as a result.
Soak the bread: For best results, soak the bread in the egg mixture for at least 30 seconds on each side. By doing so, you can make sure all of the bread is soaked and the French toast will have a deeper flavor.
It’s preferable to cook the French toast on low heat so that the bread doesn’t burn while waiting for the Big Mac filling to heat up and melt.
After the French toast has finished cooking, press down on the sandwich with a spatula. This will make it easier to eat and help the filling stick to the bread.
Don’t forget the special sauce on the side to dip your Big Mac French Toast into. Mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and spices can be combined to make a homemade version, or you can buy one already made.
With these guidelines, you may prepare an innovative spin on classic French toast that will wow your loved ones.
