Pudding shots like this would be a hit at any adult gathering. These are so insanely tasty that they won’t last long at all!

RumChata pudding shots are one of my favorite alcoholic beverages. They’re a ton of laughs to whip up for a get-together or celebration. In the past, I’ve made these with cheesecake pudding, but this time I decided to try something new. Using two separate recipes, I stacked chocolate pudding and cheesecake pudding in individual glasses. To top them off, I added a dab of whipped cream! Graham cracker crumbs work well as a garnish, too.

Although the original recipe calls for freezing them, I found that storing them in the refrigerator worked just well. I served mine in glasses, but small paper cups are a great alternative if you’re having an outdoor party or need to make a lot of them. I found some at a cheap store that work great for a single layer of pudding.

The outcome was terrific, and they looked great at my party. They were a huge hit, and they vanished in record time. Very soon, I will be creating these again.

Any pudding flavor will work in this recipe. Flavor profiles like pumpkin spice, chocolate, cheesecake, and many more are only the beginning. Use instant pudding, rather than the kind you have to cook in a separate pot on the stove.

Please keep these away from kids if you decide to make them. Kids think they look delicious, so they eat them. In case your children are tempted, please remind them that they shouldn’t consume these. Do not leave where children can access it.

RUMCHATA IS WHAT?
People’s fascination with RumChata has only increased since I started making it.

RumChata is a cream liqueur that is, according to their website, bottled using a recipe that calls for five times-distilled Caribbean rum, the freshest real dairy cream, a touch of natural cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, and other hidden ingredients, and a bottle.

SHOTS FOR PUDDING: A RECIPE
These pudding shots are a hit at parties and can be whipped up in no time. We’re talking about a time commitment of less than 10 minutes.

Only graham crackers (which aren’t required) and a few other things like pudding mix, milk, RumChata, and whipped topping are required.

The addition of the graham cracker crust adds the perfect amount of crunch. You can eliminate the cinnamon graham crackers if you like, but I think they add an extra layer of deliciousness to these shots of RumChata cheesecake pudding.

Ingredients:

Mini cheesecake pudding, one package (instant, not the cooking kind)
8 ounces of Cool Whip 14 cup of milk 14 cup of rumchata

1. In a bowl, combine the milk, liquor, and instant pudding mix using a whisk.
2.whisk in the cold whip, a bit at a time.
The pudding mixture can be poured into shot glasses, disposable “party shot” cups, or capped 1 or 2 ounce cups. Crumbs of graham crackers can be used as a garnish. Make sure to chill for at least two hours in the fridge or freezer.
