This delectable dish’s secret ingredients are chicken, jalapenos, and cheese. This dish is simple to prepare and never fails to whet my appetite for more. Possibly addicted
A few of my favorite foods are appetizers. Let’s be honest, there are times when I’d like nothing more than to make a full meal out of finger snacks. Since I love jalapeo peppers so much, I’ve made it my mission to find as many ways as possible to include them into my cooking. Because of this need, these tasty treats were created. Spicy jalapenos, smooth cream cheese, and tender shredded chicken make for an amazing flavor combination that will have your loved ones begging for more. Not only do these poppers taste fantastic, but the addition of protein makes them feel more substantial.
Every time I put a bunch of jalapenos in our grocery cart on the way home from the store, my family knows I’m making something special for dinner. Small as they may be, I appreciate the heat that these little peppers add to any dish.
This meal is always a huge hit whenever I make it at home. They insist that this jalapeño chicken is the only acceptable appetizer for any party or get-together I host, and I have to agree. They’re quick to put together, and it doesn’t take much effort.
Ingredients:
A dozen jalapeos, halved
4-ounce tub of softened cream cheese
Shredded Cheddar cheese equivalent to 1 cup
Salsa, 2 tsp.
Garnish with 1 1/2 tsp cumin
To Season: 14 Teaspoon
One Cup of Chicken Breasts, Chopped
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Instructions:
Turn the oven temperature up to 400 degrees F. All of the ingredients, excluding the jalapenos, should be combined in a mixing bowl and stirred thoroughly. Fill the jalapeño halves with the filling mixture and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 2:
Set the timer for 15–20 minutes and then get it out of the oven.
