Handmade Restaurant Style Salsa is loaded with bold flavors like sour tomatoes, hot jalapenos, pungent onions and garlic, and herbal cilantro. It’s not watered down and has a strong flavor and body.

It’s a staple in my fridge and one of my go-to toppings. Chips, eggs, hamburgers, tacos, and the list goes on and on. You won’t be able to stop eating it because of how good it is.

There are many servings in this dish. There will be plenty of leftovers to take home for lunch the next day. If your food processor is too small to accommodate all of the ingredients at once, you can work in batches and then combine everything in a large bowl.

Ingredients:

Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes that have been fire-roasted.
1/2 of a red onion, chopped
Three to four smashed garlic cloves

1 jalapeo, stemmed and seeded
1 mug of chopped cilantro
2-ounces of fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. cumin

Take a small pinch of chili pepper
To taste, a few generous pinches of kosher salt
One-and-a-half to two-and-a-half freshly cracked pepper

Instructions:

First, put all the ingredients into a powerful blender and whir them around for a minute or so, or until they’re completely combined.

Stage 2: Accompany with tortilla chips of your choosing.
