Supreme Chops cooked with thin onion and lemon slices and a sweet and sour sauce! An excellent recipe to serve for weekday or weekend dinners!

Pork Chops Supreme is a family favorite comfort meal. As a kid, my mum would make this to entice us, and as a reward for when we did something lovely. When I started cooking and even when I had my own family, it became one of my favorite dishes to prepare for my husband and kids. The recipe comes from a 1960s Betty Crocker Cookbook. When I got married, my mother gave me this cookbook. It was one of the first meals I ever prepared. My spouse liked it back then, and he still likes it now. And with the kids, it was love at first taste the first time they ever had this.

Pork chops supreme is an amazing and delicious recipe that is incredibly easy to prepare. Make this for your family and friends or just to give yourself a delightful treat.
