You can count on these cookies being a hit at your next Christmas gathering. A combination of chocolate, cold whip, and powdered sugar is a winning combination that no one can resist. Besides their decadent flavor, the ease with which they may be made (five ingredients and 15 minutes) is the nicest part about these cookies. No simpler method exists. All you have to do is throw everything together, shape it, and throw it in the oven!

At home, we can never have enough of these cookies. Powdered sugar on top makes them taste like fresh snow, making them the ideal holiday treat. Make a couple of pans of these cookies right now and you’ll quickly see why they’re so irresistible.

It’s a lot of pleasure to eat these cookies. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just starting out, you can experiment with a lot of different options. It wasn’t until lately that I learned how to make delicious baked goods from a box of cake mix. Anybody can make something that’s easy, has minimal cleanup, and tastes great.

While we do produce the traditional chocolate crinkle, we have also experimented with some truly amazing flavor pairings. I prefer my lemon with a splash of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of zest because it is so energizing.

In the notes, I’ve written down some suggestions that should get your imagination going.

Have some fun and savor these goodies!

Ingredients:

One (18.25 ounce) cake mix (in any flavor) *See Size of Cake Mixes Notes

8 ounces of thawed Cool Whip (your favorite flavor)

1 egg

Sugar for baking and sweets

Directions

Prepare a 350°F oven.

Combine the dry ingredients for the cake in a large mixing bowl, then fold in the Cool Whip and egg.

Blend the ingredients together thoroughly.

Roll out little spheres.

Coat with sugar candy before rolling.

Put in the oven for 10–12 minutes.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.

Instructions:

Turn the oven temperature up to 350.
Cake mix, whisk, egg, and baking powder are combined in a large bowl. Inevitably, the dough will be sticky.
Make a small bowl of powdered sugar and drop in the cookie dough with a spoon. Form a ball by rolling the dough in your hands.
Roll out the dough, cover it in sugar, and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes. Wait till they’re cool to eat. Enjoy!
