Homemade Egg Noodles Easy to Make!

This egg noodle recipe is straightforward and old-fashioned, just like grammy used to cook! Try these next time you create your favorite soup or stew. Ingredients:

Noodles weighing 200 grams
1 teaspoon of milk and cream.
1/4 cup bacon that has been browned.
a tablespoon and a half of grated Parmesan cheese Oil Salt and Pepper

Put the water in a large saucepan, then turn the heat up to its highest setting. Add one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of vegetable oil once the water has begun to boil. Turn off the heat, then filter the noodles while they are still in the strainer. While the noodles are still in the strainer, add a tiny bit of natural water to halt the cooking process. Set aside.
Put the eggs in a bowl, then add the bacon and some cheese to the mixture. Include a little bit of pepper and salt in the dish. Use a fork to stir the mixture until it is completely combined. After adding a teaspoon of oil to a frying pan that is being heated on a medium flame, pour the egg mixture into the pan after it has reached the desired temperature.
