Danish Cream Cheese: What is it?
Danish blue cheese, sometimes called “Danablu,” is a variety of cream cheese that comes from that country. It has a creamy texture that is comparable to conventional cream cheese and is prepared from cow’s milk. However, it differs from other varieties of cream cheese with a tangy, salty flavor and a characteristic blue cheese flavour.

You will need 8 oz. of soft, room-temperature cream cheese.
2 teaspoons of sugar, granulated.
lemon juice, 1 teaspoon
34 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
1 tablespoon sour cream.

I just use: for binding.
I used 1 cup of sifted confectioners’ sugar.
1 teaspoon of milk.
1 tablespoon soft butter.
The initial step
Using the two triangles as a guide, roll out the crescent rolls and cut the dough into two equal rectangles. Pinch the dough sheet along the circle to seal it, then lightly sprinkle with sugar to create a single, continuous sheet.
The next action
Cut the crescent dough into 8 pieces, each measuring 1 inch. The dough strip should then be carefully peeled off, and the two ends should be rolled in opposing directions to make a rope.
The third action
Wrap the rope in a spiral around itself to create a loose circle or spiral. A cookie sheet with baking paper on it should have space between each Danish of about 2 inches.

By pressing with your finger in the center to create a well, you can create a cavity for stuffing; if necessary, you can also slightly expand the sides.

In a big bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla essence, and sour cream. Stir until combined. One tablespoon of filling should be added to each roll.
Sixth action
Place the dough in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the meat starts to brown, after lightly coating it with the melted butter.
Seventh step
Confectioners’ butter, milk, and sugar were combined in a small bowl and smoothly combined. It can be applied to the Denmark tops with a spoon or by placing it in a tiny zip-top bag, snipping off one corner to create a handy “piping bag.”
