Roasted Garlic with Cheese Baked dough that has been formed into long, thin sticks is a common appetizer or side dish. Butter and garlic are common toppings, followed by grated cheese. They go great with a variety of Italian and Mediterranean dishes and may be served either warm or at room temperature. Breadsticks can be made in a number of different ways, such as by adding herbs or additional flavors to the dough or by topping the breadsticks with things like bacon or herbs.
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
Three-quarters of a teaspoon of salt
Only need a pinch of yeast
Beer, room temperature, three-quarters of a cup
Minced garlic from 2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of softened butter
The equivalent of one cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated, 14 cup
Tomahtoes, Fried
Begin by combining the yeast, flour, oil, salt, and beer in a basin for some tasty cheese breadsticks.
We work the ingredients together until we get a smooth dough. We then let it sit for an hour with a dry cloth over it.
As the hour of repose draws to a close, we turn on the top and bottom oven elements and warm to 230 degrees Celsius. Put the garlic and butter in a bowl and stir them together separately.
Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet. The dough should then be spread out on the parchment. Top the dough with fried tomato, cheese, and the butter and garlic mixture.
Ten minutes at 400 degrees should suffice for the tray to cook in the oven. Remove the tray once this time is up and allow the dough to cool for approximately two minutes before cutting it into sticks about a finger and a half in thickness. Delicious!
