If you’re watching your calorie intake and looking for a satisfying meal, go no further than this low-cal, high-fiber soup. Weight Loss Stew Soup is also known as Diet Soup and Wonder Soup. The soup is low in calories, nutrient dense, fat free, and sugar free, making it an excellent starting point for a balanced diet.
If you’re trying to lose weight, this nutrient-packed dish is the way to go. As an added bonus, it’s a hassle-free approach to consuming more vegetables every day.
You might be envisioning a tasteless soup after reading that, but the broth-based Cabbage Soup has a delicious flavor and is low in calories thanks to the addition of aromatic ingredients like cabbage, garlic, tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Make this soup on the regular for a filling and healthy dinner. Make some soft rolls to go with the soup if you’re simply having it for dinner.
Curiously, this healthful soup takes only approximately 30 minutes to cook from start to finish.

Our vegetables will still have some crunch if we cook them for less time.
Feel free to swap out ingredients as you see fit.
The “boil in bag” rice is another option.
One chicken breast instead of two, half a pound of lean ground beef, crumbled (raw), one can of black beans in place of one can of kidney beans, and a bay leaf for good measure.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar for garnish.
