Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
8 eggs
1 cup heavy whipped cream
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions :
-Preheat oven 350 degrees F
-Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and toss beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard the fat.
-Spread the beef in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Stir in the bacon pieces.
-Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Stirring in 8 oz Cheddar cheese.
-Pour egg mixture over beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces of cheese.
-Bake in preheated oven until top is golden brown, 30 to 35 min.
