Made from sirloin steak and other simple ingredients, this great tasting steak is a great option for dinner, either as a main course or side dish.
Steak bites with garlic butter are small pieces of steak, usually cut from sirloin or filet mignon, that are seasoned with salt and pepper, seared in a pan until browned on the outside and juicy on the inside, and then finished with a garlic butter sauce. The garlic butter is made by melting butter in the same pan and adding minced garlic, fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary, and a squeeze of lemon juice. The steak bites are then tossed in the garlic butter until coated and infused with flavor. They are typically served hot and garnished with more fresh herbs and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Steak bites with garlic butter make a delicious and satisfying appetizer or main course, and can be served alone or with sides like roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Sirloin steak, chopped into little pieces, is used in this dish. I went with sirloin because it’s soft and tasty while still being reasonably priced. Tenderloin, rib eye, and New York strip steak are more excellent options. Olive oil, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley are used in the preparation of the steak pieces. That concludes the procedure.
To produce a good crust on your meat, you’ll need an extremely hot pan for this recipe. Your meat will brown nicely in olive oil, allowing it to absorb all of the wonderful tastes. This recipe is one to enjoy with some toothpicks straight from the skillet.
Ingredients
½ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 Tablespoons dried basil
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ – 1 lb flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
Step 1: Minus the steak, put all other ingredients in a large ziplock bag and stir them together with a spoon until they are well combined to form a marinade.
Step 2: Drop the steak pieces in and close it. Gently shake the steaks in the bag so as to coat the steaks well in marinade. Then, place a refrigerator to stand for more than 3 hours. Ensure that the steak is well soaked in the marinade so that it can absorb enough liquid.
Step 3: Heat a large skillet until it is very hot. Remove the steak pieces from the marinade with a slotted spoon and place gently in the hot skillet. Dispose the marinade after.
Step 4: Cook the steak according to your desired temperature. For medium-well, you can cook for about 3 minutes. Serve it warm and enjoy the delicacy.
