Delicious pork chops breaded in Parmesan cheese.

I added my own spin on this recipe and cooked it. Bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese were added to the egg batter and Worcestershire sauce was used. Turned out beautifully!

Yes, I did alter it little, but that’s how I always make it when bread crumbs are called for. Instead of using bread, I like to use croutons that have been toasted with butter and garlic. It has been a huge success every time I’ve made it. I can see me making this again and again.

After making a few tweaks, everything was perfect. A combination of 1/4 cup parmesan and 1/4 cup panko worked for me. I subbed Lawry’s Seasoning for the traditional Cajun seasoning. Juicy and savory, just the way I like it!

Pork chops with a Parmesan crust are a family favorite. Pan-fried pork chops with a coating of Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, and pepper, then baked until golden and moist. For a simple and quick evening supper, we love serving these delectable pork chops with a salad and piparra peppers or a wedge of lemon.

These pork chops go from ordinary to extraordinary thanks to a simple Parmesan cheese combination used as a coating. You won’t be able to get enough of these pork chops, which are bursting with rich flavor.

INGREDIENTS

Tablespoons of Olive Oil

4 pork chops, boneless

Italian bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons

a Half Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

⅓ cup of grated Parmesan

Paprika, one pinch

pepper, to taste, 1/4 teaspoon

Dried Parsley, 1 Teaspoonful

The first thing to do is to get the oven ready. Set the oven temperature to 325 degrees. Grease a glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Secondly, brush 2 tablespoons of olive oil onto each side of the pork chops.

Third, in a wide dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, and pepper. Blend together thoroughly. When ready, add the pork chops and turn to coat them thoroughly.

Fourth, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. When the oil in a skillet is hot, add the pork chops and let them cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Next, put the pork chops into the baking dish.

Fifth, in a hot oven (approximately 375 degrees Fahrenheit), roast the pork chops for about 25 minutes. Cooking time increases with thicker pork chops.
