This has been proven to work. Aside from its ease of preparation, this dish has a flavor that will have your loved ones raving. The ideal dinner dish to prepare quickly.

A simple batch of mac and cheese with ground beef is one of the simplest meals you can prepare, but it will have the whole family begging for seconds. My family has started having this as a regular dinner, and my kids can’t get enough of it. If it were up to them, we’d be eating this dish every day. Frankly, I wouldn’t blame them.

What makes this macaroni dish so wonderful is the way the steak and cheese set into the pasta. Whether for lunch or dinner, this dish is sure to satisfy a large group.

Ingredients:

1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Seasonings: Salt, Pepper (or any seasoning of your choice)

Freshly chopped garlic,
1.5 teaspoons of fish paste
Use a hand blender to purée 1 can of whole tomatoes right in the can.
Two pounds of lean ground beef

One package of macaroni
Grated Cheddar, 1 Cup
1 cup of freshly shredded mozzarella

Instructions:

STEP 1:

A pinch of salt should be added to the onions while they cook in the canola oil. Put the steak in with the onions and stir it around every so often as it cooks.

Step 2:

While the meat is cooking, season it with salt and pepper and stir in the minced garlic, fish sauce, and tomato puree. Keep at a low simmer for about an hour.

Step 3:

In a separate pan, boil water for the macaroni until it’s halfway done. Drain it and add to the simmering sauce. Salt to taste and other seasonings can be added after the sauce has been thoroughly mixed. Cover and continue cooking until done.

Step 4:

As the pasta finishes cooking, leave it in the sauce to further absorb the flavors. Place in a large baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Step 5:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven; discard foil; top with cheese until pasta is covered and a beautiful golden brown.

Step 6:

Have fun eating your tasty meal.
