No-Fuss Rolls :

You only need four ingredients and 25 minutes to make these quick rolls. They don’t require yeast, so they are a cinch to make—just grab your favorite muffin tin.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions :
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Spoon into 6 muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450° until a toothpick comes out clean, 12-14 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
Editor’s Note
As a substitute for 1 cup of self-rising flour, place 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to measure 1 cup.
